Cancellation Policy
Call or email now to “put a hold” on focus group rooms at Suburban Focus Group. If we subsequently receive another request for the same room on the same date, you'll be given the first opportunity to book. Once your plans become definite we'll lock in your reservation.

Once booked, you'll receive a contract, which includes our cancellation policy. You may cancel up to 10 days in advance of your reservation and you'll only be subject to charges incurred up to that point for recruiting. Beyond 10 days prior to the scheduled group date, you're subject to full payment.
